Seadance Video provides text-to-video, image-to-video, video-to-video, task history, credit, and related account features through models and providers configured by the platform. Model availability, output quality, duration, resolution, processing time, and supported inputs may change without notice.
Seedance 2.5 information on the site is provided for release tracking and product education. Unless the generator explicitly lists Seedance 2.5 as an available model, generation requests use other currently supported models, including Seedance 2.0 where configured.
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain rights you hold in prompts and uploaded materials. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to submit them. Your rights to generated outputs are also subject to the terms of the selected AI provider, your plan, and applicable law.
You grant Seadance Video and its service providers the limited rights required to process, store, moderate, and deliver your requests and outputs.

We may block requests, remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful investigations when necessary.
Generation cost varies by model, mode, duration, resolution, and other settings. The estimated credit cost is displayed before submission. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers.
Except where required by law, completed purchases are non-refundable. Subscription cancellation prevents future renewals but does not restore expired or used credits. Plan details, credit validity, and renewal terms are shown on the pricing and checkout pages.
The service depends on third-party AI providers, storage systems, authentication services, payment processors, analytics tools, and other infrastructure. Their terms and policies may apply to your use. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, model changes, or policy decisions.
The Seadance Video site, interface, code, branding, documentation, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell the platform except where expressly permitted.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, seadance.video and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms, provider policies, safety requirements, or applicable laws have been violated.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Revised terms become effective when posted. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
